Co-Owner

Dave has been with the ServiceMaster Family since 2021. As an ex Insurance Broker and previous Business owner Dave has much hands on experience and knowledge including Construction.

Lianne laking
Co-Owner

Lianne has 28 years in the Insurance Business, with the last 12 years owning a Brokerage in Cornwall. Thus having experience in Insurance as well as owning a company.

Trevor Kane
Estimator/Project Manager

Trevor Kane is a Project Manager and Estimator with extensive experience in property restoration, construction, and facility management. Since joining ServiceMaster in July, he has leveraged over 25 years of expertise across cleaning services, disaster recovery, hazardous materials handling, and large‑loss consulting. Trevor brings a strong background in managing complex restoration projects, coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams, and delivering accurate, dependable estimates. His certifications in water, fire, mould, and asbestos remediation—combined with hands‑on experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional environments—ensure clients receive knowledgeable guidance and high‑quality project outcomes.

Mike St Denis
Carpenter

Mike is our Lead Carpenter with endless experience . His knowledge and skills are second to none. We are extremely fortunate to have Mike and his very happy personality!

Colleen Villeneuve
Office Manager

Colleen joined the ServiceMaster Restore Team 8 years ago and comes with serveral years of experience. With an amazing personality and knowledge that goes above and beyond. Colleen is truly a great asset and we are extremely priveledged to have her working with us.

Kelvin Enequist
Project Manager/Estimator

Kelvin Enequist brings over 25 years of restoration and construction experience to ServiceMaster Restore. He joined the company in December 2019, starting in the field with the crew before being promoted to Project Manager in 2024. Kelvin has completed IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration and holds a Red Seal Certification in Carpentry.

His extensive experience and technical expertise ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
